Event Schedule

Workshops

Teams of Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers, and Planners will be placed into groups prior to seminar. Packets with specific information about design sites and structures will be created in association with organizations / volunteers currently involved in the overseeing of the site's construction and community.
Design teams will work at the offices of pre-specified New York City design firms who have volunteered their office resources.

Teams will present their final designs (will exhibit final designs during June fundraisor)
Panel feedback provided for teams
NGO representative will briefly explain their donation information as well as opportunities/encouragement to travel to Haiti to either build their design or continue to work on the long term project
In addition to attendance by teams and NGO's, participation from further professionals and students is welcome

Fundraising / Display - this will allow groups time to adjust and make presentable exhibitions
Evening fundraising event involving: refreshments, entertainment, design project exhibition, and opportunities to provide donations to the projects to help fund the construction implementation
Proceeds from ticket sales will be given to organizations
Information will be available on cost per project needed and the NGO's donation process
